I took to writing short reflections on gratitude via Twitter half a year ago. I’m using the hashtag #TodayIamgratefulfor and with them I try to show that it’s not the big things but the small moments that matter. Take a moment each night before you sleep and think about what the day brought you. It can be anything: what made you happy, what changed you, what did others do for you or what obstacle taught you an important lesson? It’s all around you.
